Allow Pop-ups for EZRouting - Microsoft Edge

EZRouting may open reports in a pop-up window. If Microsoft Edge blocks pop-ups for EZRouting, a report can spin, fail to generate, or show a "Bad Request" error. Allowing pop-ups for EZRouting fixes this.

Here's how to allow pop-ups for EZRouting in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Edge and click the three dots (Settings and more) in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings from the menu.
  3. Go to Privacy, search, and services.
  4. Select Site permissions, then All permissions.
  5. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  6. Next to Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add site.
  7. Enter the EZRouting web address, starting with https://, exactly as it appears in your address bar when you use EZRouting (for example, https://www.ezrouting.com). Then click Add.
  8. Return to EZRouting, refresh the page, and run the report again.

Your IT department may manage Edge settings on district computers. If you cannot change the pop-up setting yourself, contact your IT department.
