EZRouting may open reports in a pop-up window. If Microsoft Edge blocks pop-ups for EZRouting, a report can spin, fail to generate, or show a "Bad Request" error. Allowing pop-ups for EZRouting fixes this.
Here's how to allow pop-ups for EZRouting in Microsoft Edge:
- Open Edge and click the three dots (Settings and more) in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Go to Privacy, search, and services.
- Select Site permissions, then All permissions.
- Select Pop-ups and redirects.
- Next to Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add site.
- Enter the EZRouting web address, starting with
https://, exactly as it appears in your address bar when you use EZRouting (for example,https://www.ezrouting.com). Then click Add. - Return to EZRouting, refresh the page, and run the report again.
Your IT department may manage Edge settings on district computers. If you cannot change the pop-up setting yourself, contact your IT department.
