EZRouting may open reports in a pop-up window. If Google Chrome blocks pop-ups for EZRouting, a report can spin, fail to generate, or show a "Bad Request" error. Allowing pop-ups for EZRouting fixes this.
Here's how to allow pop-ups for EZRouting in Google Chrome. Use either method.
Allow pop-ups for EZRouting from the Chrome address bar
- In Chrome, go to the EZRouting page where the report did not open.
- In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked.
- Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from followed by the EZRouting web address.
- Click Done.
- Run the report again.
Allow pop-ups for EZRouting in Chrome settings
- Open Chrome and click the three dots (More) in the top-right corner. Then select Settings.
- Click Privacy and security.
- Click Site settings.
- Click Pop-ups and redirects.
- Next to Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add.
- Enter
[*.]ezrouting.comand click Add. This allows pop-ups on every EZRouting page. - Return to EZRouting, refresh the page, and run the report again.
Your IT department may manage Chrome settings on district computers. If you cannot change the pop-up setting yourself, contact your IT department.
