A turnaround point can be added by right-clicking a non-stop location on the map while editing a route. If the option is missing, the most common causes are clicking on an existing stop, not being in the correct editing mode, or not editing the route segment between stops.

- The turnaround option does not appear in the right-click menu.
- The menu appears, but only stop-related options are shown.
- You cannot add the point while viewing the route.

- You are right-clicking on a non-stop location on the map.
- You are editing the route between two stops, not selecting a stop itself.

Steps
Step 1: Open the route for editing
Open the route you want to modify and switch to edit mode. Make sure you are working on the active route segment where the turnaround point should be added.
Step 2: Find a non-stop location on the map
Locate the exact spot on the map where you want the vehicle to turn around. The point must be on the route path and not on top of an existing stop.
Step 3: Right-click the map location
Right-click the non-stop location to open the context menu. Select the turnaround option when it appears.
Step 4: Save your route changes
After adding the turnaround point, save the route so the change is applied and retained.

- Clicking a stop instead of an open map area will show stop options instead of turnaround options.
