Symptoms
- Tablet won't get past the startup logo screen
- Tablet appears powered on but never finishes booting
If your tablet won't get past the startup logo screen, this is most often caused by a low battery — even if the tablet appears to be powered on.
Step 1 – Charge the Tablet
- Plug the tablet into a charger.
- Let it charge for at least 30–60 minutes before trying again. A tablet that's very low on power may not respond right away, even while plugged in.
- Try powering it on.
