SafeDriver360 Tablet: Trip or Navigation Not Loading Correctly

If Run a Trip isn't showing all your routes, or the map won't zoom to your current location once a trip starts, this article covers the most common causes.

Symptoms

  • Run a Trip doesn't show all the routes you expect to see
  • The map doesn't zoom in or load your current location when running a trip

Run a Trip Doesn't Show All Routes

  1. Confirm the tablet has an active connection. If not, see No Signal or Cellular Data.
  2. Tap over to a different tab (for example, My Account), then tap back to the Run a Trip tab.
  3. If you're connected to Wi-Fi, try switching to cellular data only. Some school or district Wi-Fi networks have restrictions that can prevent parts of the app from loading fully.

Map Won't Zoom to Your Current Location

This almost always means SafeDriver360 doesn't currently have permission to access the tablet's location.

  1. Go to Settings > Apps, then find and select SafeDriver360.
  2. Tap Permissions.
  3. Confirm Location is set to Allowed.
  4. Restart the app.
