Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Resolve error "[4FC6EA4B] Route name is required" when attempting to auto generate routes.
Symptom
The system displays error message "[4FC6EA4B] Route name is required" after clicking GENERATE ROUTES to auto generate routes.
Cause
This error is seen most commonly when the routing includes a vehicle with no name.
How to fix it
- Navigate to the Vehicles tab.
- Look through the list of vehicles for a vehicle listed with no name. It should look like this:
- Edit the vehicle to add a name and be sure to save the change.
- With the vehicle named you should be able to auto generate routes without receiving the error message.
