Troubleshooting Common Issues

When to Contact Support

Contact Pathwise Support if:

  • Imports fail for more than two consecutive nights.
  • The same error repeats after mapping correction.
  • You need to reset or reauthorize the SIS connection.

Provide:

  • SIS provider name and version
  • Import log file (CSV preferred)
  • Date/time of the most recent failure
