Why is it saying "Report not found or expired" when I try to run the Student QR codes report?

Short Answer

The error is most likely caused by an Adobe browser extension. 

What You Can Do

  1. Check your installed browser extensions in the browser you are using to access EZRouting. 

  2. Disable any Adobe-related extensions. 

  3. Try running the Student QR Codes report with the extension(s) disabled. 

Browser extensions may be controlled by your IT department. Contact them for further assistance If you are unable to disable an extension yourself.
