How can I check to see if my data sync ran?

Audience: Transportation admins and staff

Purpose: Confirm whether the SIS data sync completed successfully and when it last ran.

Steps

  1. In the upper-right corner of EZRouting, click the person icon.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. On the Settings or General Settings page, locate the Data Sync or similar section under the first main block of settings.

  4. Review the Last sync date/time and Status:

    • Check that the timestamp is recent.

    • Confirm that the status does not show an error or failed state.

Tips

  • If the last sync time is older than expected, check whether a scheduled sync job ran overnight or recently.

  • If students or schools are missing despite a recent successful sync, confirm with your SIS/IT team that the export file includes those records.

  • If the sync shows repeated failures or an error message, take a screenshot and contact EZRouting Support with the date/time and your district name.
