Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Keep a stop fixed at a specific map location without snapping back to the nearest road.
Steps
Click Stops in the top navigation bar.
Locate the stop that keeps moving and click the tag/edit (pencil) icon.
In the Stop Details window, check Do not snap to street.
Drag the stop marker to the exact location you want (for example, a driveway, building entrance, or loading zone).
Click Save.
Tips
Use Do not snap to street when you need the stop at a precise off-road location (campus entrance, side street, or specific building).
If the stop marker still jumps back after enabling Do not snap to street, capture a screenshot and contact EZRouting Support with the stop name, route, and what you tried.
