Why isn’t a student assigned to a route or stop automatically?

Short Answer

No eligible route or stop meets the assignment rules.

Why This Happens

Automatic assignment requires eligibility, nearby active stops, and routes that serve those stops. If any requirement is missing, the student remains unassigned.

What You Can Do

  • Confirm the student is eligible for transportation
  • Check stop availability near the student’s address
  • Assign the student manually if needed
