Why can’t I see a student, stop, or route?

Short Answer

The record is usually filtered out, inactive, or assigned to a different school year.

Why This Happens

EZRouting hides records that are inactive, archived, or outside the currently selected session. Filters in list views can also hide results.

What You Can Do

  • Clear list filters
  • Confirm the record is marked Active
  • Check the selected Session / School Year
