Vehicle Reports

Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Review vehicle usage, capacity, and assignment data to support planning, compliance, and optimization.

Available Vehicle Reports

The Vehicle Summary Report is a PDF report containing detailed information from the Vehicle Profile. It includes the assigned route and the number of students on board. Vehicle specifications listed in the report include vehicle number, capacity, driver name, license plate number, bus type, wheelchair capacity, VIN, make, model, engine type, body type, purchase cost, and current cash value.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Reports > Vehicles.
  2. Select a report type (e.g., Vehicle Utilization, Capacity Summary, Unassigned Vehicles).
  3. Apply filters such as Session, Vehicle Type, or Status.
  4. Click Generate Report.
  5. Review results on screen or export to CSV/PDF.

Tips

  • Run capacity reports before route optimization to identify constraints.
  • Export reports for audits or annual planning.
