Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Batch import student photos.
Steps
- Click the Profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click Import.
- Choose the data type you want to import by selecting Student Photos.
- Click Browse and navigate to where the photos are located on your computer.
NOTE: The name of the files needs to be the studentId.jpg. i.e. the student's student ID followed by ".jpg". This is how the system will match the photos to the correct student. - Click Upload to import the files.
