Route Change Logs and History

Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Track all route modifications for auditing.

Steps

  1. Open Routes.
  2. Select a route and click Change Log.
  3. Review entries (Field Changed, User, Date/Time).
  4. Filter by date or user.
  5. Export log if needed.

Tips

  • Logs retain for 3 years by default.
  • Use logs to verify accountability for edits.
