How to View Communication Logs

Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Track communications and notifications related to routes.

Steps

  1. Open Auditing in the top righthand navigation menu.
  2. View email history in the overall Audit Log, or view text message history by clicking Text Message History.
  3. Review sent or received messages (Type, Date, User).
  4. Export for audit by clicking Export .CSV
