Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Attach a bus and driver to a route for operational scheduling.

Steps

1. Open the Routes tab.
2. Open a route.

3. Select the Route Properties icon.

   

4. Navigate to the Vehicles tab under Route Properties.
5. Select the vehicle assignment from the dropdown menu. Drivers are assigned to vehicles on the vehicles tab.
6. Click Save.

Tips

• Assigning vehicles and drivers ensures accurate daily reporting.
