Common Issues and Fixes
- Stop missing from map
- Cause: Stop not geocoded
- Resolution: Run Geocode Stop to assign coordinates
- Duplicate stop created
- Cause: Manual entry
- Resolution: Use Merge Stops to combine duplicates
- Stop not assigned to any route
- Cause: Missed assignment
- Resolution: Go to Assign to Routes and link appropriately
- Stop appears outside boundaries
- Cause: Incorrect coordinates
- Resolution: Re-geocode or check Boundaries & Zones settings
- Stop deleted unexpectedly
- Cause: Data sync or import error
- Resolution: Review logs or contact support
