Troubleshoot Stop Errors

Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Identify and fix common issues related to stops.

Common Issues and Fixes

  • Stop missing from map
    • Cause: Stop not geocoded
    • Resolution: Run Geocode Stop to assign coordinates
       
  • Duplicate stop created
    • Cause: Manual entry
    • Resolution: Use Merge Stops to combine duplicates
       
  • Stop not assigned to any route
    • Cause: Missed assignment
    • Resolution: Go to Assign to Routes and link appropriately
       
  • Stop appears outside boundaries
    • Cause: Incorrect coordinates
    • Resolution: Re-geocode or check Boundaries & Zones settings
       
  • Stop deleted unexpectedly
    • Cause: Data sync or import error
    • Resolution: Review logs or contact support
