Manage Student Attachments

Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Upload and manage supporting documents for individual student records (e.g., IEPs, medical forms, or special instructions).

Steps

  1. Open Students in the main navigation.
  2. Click the student’s name to open their record.
  3. In the sidebar, click Attachments.
  4. Click File and select one or more files from your computer.
  5. Add an optional Description for each file.
  6. Click Upload.
  7. To remove a file, click the trash icon next to its name and confirm.

Tips

  • Supported file types: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, PNG.
  • Keep file names descriptive for easier search (e.g., IEP_Smith_2025.pdf).
  • Use attachment visibility settings to limit access to authorized users.
