Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Upload and manage supporting documents for individual student records (e.g., IEPs, medical forms, or special instructions).
Steps
- Open Students in the main navigation.
- Click the student’s name to open their record.
- In the sidebar, click Attachments.
- Click File and select one or more files from your computer.
- Add an optional Description for each file.
- Click Upload.
- To remove a file, click the trash icon next to its name and confirm.
Tips
- Supported file types: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, PNG.
- Keep file names descriptive for easier search (e.g., IEP_Smith_2025.pdf).
- Use attachment visibility settings to limit access to authorized users.
