Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Review historical ridership data for individual students using the SafeDriver360 integration.

Steps

1. Navigate to Students in the main menu.
2. Open the desired student record.
3. In the left-hand panel, click Ridership History.
4. Choose a Date Range or School Year to filter the data.
5. Review ride details including Date, Bus, Route, Pickup/Drop-off Stop, and Scan Time.
6. Click Export to download results as CSV or PDF if needed.
7. Use the Filter button to view specific stops, drivers, or vehicles.

Tips

• Use SafeDriver360 integration to sync live ridership data daily.
• Verify student IDs match between EZRouting and SafeDriver360 for accurate reporting.
• Export data monthly for attendance verification or audits.
