Purpose: Provide definitions for each student data field.

| Family ID | Links siblings for shared schedules |
| Status | Indicates active or inactive student record |
| Grade | Academic grade level |
| Custom Fields (UDFs) | Optional fields for district-specific data |
| Address | Primary pickup or home address |
| Session | Defines school year or term |
| School | Assigned building or program |
| Bus Schedule | Linked transportation plan |
Transportation Code: Classifying students to identify if a separate form of transportation. Specified to districts (i.e if paid or free transportation)
Feed School: School that student will be attending the following year (typically changes if Elementary -> MS, MS -> HS, vital to have for roll overs)
Withdrawal Date: date student is withdrawn (if blank student is not withdrawn)
Transport Program: Specific programs for bussing (homeschool, Special Needs)
Bus Session: Sessions student needs transportation (AM + PM, AM only, PM only)
