Edit Student Information

Audience: Transportation admins and staff
Purpose: Update existing student details.

Note: For information on batch editing student records, see Batch Edit Students.

Steps

  1. Click Students in the top navigation.
  2. Search for the student by name or ID.
  3. Click the student’s name to open their record.
  4. Edit any field (Name, Grade, Address, etc.).
  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. A confirmation banner appears.
