Trip versioning allows you to make trip changes for future dates. This article will show you how to create a new trip version in the routing software.
Start by opening the route with the trip you'd like to modify for a future date, hovering over the three dots, and clicking on the edit icon.
Open the trip and select the trip properties icon.
In Trip Properties, select the copy icon.
From the pop-up, select Create New Version.
Name the new version of the trip. Make sure the Same as route recurrence box is not checked and set the start date for the new trip. Then, click Create.
With the route record, there will now be a new trip. The old one will end when the new one begins, as indicated by the orange date range on the trip record.
You can now make the appropriate changes to the new trip.
