How to See Parents Signed Up for EZA2B

There are two ways to see which parents are signed up for EZA2B/the Parent Portal:

Students Tab

On the students tab, go to Filters - Parents - Parent Linked.

These are parents who have signed up for EZA2B/the Parent Portal and are linked to a student.

There is also a filter for Parent Not Linked. These are parents who have either not signed up for the parent portal or have a Link Child Request pending. To learn more about Link Child Requests, please see this article.

Parents

Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of your routing site. From the dropdown menu, select Parents.

There are two tabs here:

  1. Parents/Guardians: This is a list of accounts that have been sent registration links or have signed up for EZA2B.
  2. Link Child Requests: This is a list of Parent/Guardian accounts that need your review.

The Parent/Guardian tab lists any parents who have received the registration link for EZA2B/the parent portal, whether they've activated their account yet.

To search for a specific parent/guardian, type their name, email, or phone number in the search bar at the top.
