In some instances, you may need to revoke parent/guardian access to the parent portal/EZA2B for a single individual. This article details how to do that.
Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of your routing site. From the dropdown menu, select Parents.
There are two tabs here:
- Parents/Guardians: This is a list of accounts that have been sent registration links or have signed up for EZA2B.
- Link Child Requests: This is a list of Parent/Guardian accounts that need your review.
Select the Parents/Guardians tab.
Locate the parent for whom you need to remove access. Click the red trash can to the far right of their record.
Click Yes to confirm deletion of the parent account.
