Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of your routing site. From the dropdown menu, select Parents.
There are two tabs here:
- Parents/Guardians: This is a list of accounts that have been sent registration links or have signed up for EZA2B.
- Link Child Requests: This is a list of Parent/Guardian accounts that need your review.
Select the Parents/Guardians tab.
Locate the parent that needs a password reset, then click the shield icon to the right of their record.
You can input a temporary password or have the system automatically generate a new password for the parent/guardian. We recommend having the system generate one.
Click Save.
The parent will receive an email with the new password and instructions to reset their password. It is recommended that they reset their password immediately.
