Before sending out registration links for your parent portal and EZA2B, please contact support so we can check your settings and help ensure a smooth process.
Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of your routing site. Then, select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Using the dropdown menu, select the Parent Portal.
These settings are for both the Parent Portal and the app, EZA2B.
Scroll down until you see the heading "Parent Register." This is where you will configure the email sent to parents and a few other registration settings.
First, determine how long you want the registration link to remain valid. Once it exceeds the number of days set, the parents will no longer be able to use it to register.
Use the checkbox to indicate whether you'd like to include a link in the email to download EZA2B, the app version of the Parent Portal.
Email Title: This is the subject line for the email your parents will receive.
Email body: This is the body of the email your parents will receive. We have a pre-generated one, but you can customize it and format the text using HTML.
It is important that you do not remove {REG_LINK} - this is a callout that will automatically fill in with the registration link in the email for your parents. If you remove this, the parents will not have a registration link.
