To check the existing parent account for more details, you can click the personal user icon and select the Parents option. You will be presented with a list of registered parents and guardians and their details.
Open one parent record. Clicking the shield icon will allow you to auto-generate or create a custom reset password if the parent needs one. Clicking the trash icon will allow you to delete the parent record.
You can also link students to the parent account manually by clicking the plus button.
For some parents who registered but have not clicked the activation link, you will see a Need Activation banner appear.
We recommend that parents activate their accounts themselves. If they cannot receive the link, you can activate the account for them by clicking the green Activate button.
