Parents can register into the Easy Routing system via the web or through the BusQuest app. This video introduces how to register a parent account using a phone number.

Registering on the Web:

You can click on the link embedded in the parent registration email. Then click on Create an Account.
You will be asked to verify your phone number to ensure secure access. A six-digit code will be sent to you via text message.
Input the code you receive, fill out the remaining details, and click Submit.
Your account will be created, and you can then log into the website.

Registering through the BusQuest App:

The process is similar to the web.
Once you open the BusQuest app, click on Create Parent Account.
Search for your school district and click Next.

Similar to the web, you can choose to register with either your phone number or email.
As stated before, make sure you enter the correct phone number, then click Send Verification Code.
You’ll receive a six-digit code via text message. Enter the code and click Verify.

You will then be taken to the Profile section.
Fill out the required details and click Register.
