Manually Adjust Routes

This function is very useful if you need to move stops from one route to another. It will also move the students assigned to the stop. To do this, go to the Routes tab and turn on visibility of the routes that you want to work with. Then find the function under the operation menu.

  • The Manually Adjust Routes function will allow you to move stops, including their student assignments, between different routes.

In the sidebar on the left of your screen, select the eye icon next to two or more routes you would like to adjust. This will make the routes visible on the map.

To use this feature, go to the Routes tab, click on the Operations menu, and select Manually Adjust Routes. You will be able to select which route you would like to move stops to and from, and the exact trips you would like to edit.

You can select the stops you would like to move from the list on the left of your screen or from the map on the right.

To use the list, hover your mouse over a stop you would like to move. An arrow will appear pointing towards the stops of the other route. Clicking on this arrow will move the stop to the other route. This stop will be labeled as new.

You can preview the new trip on the map, undo changes if you don't like them, or save them to make your changes permanent.

If you would rather select the stops from the map, you can click the Start Selecting button at the top of the map. You can now draw a circle around the stops you would like to move. Click Move to shift these stops to the other route.

Again, you will be able to preview your changes and can undo or save them.
