Add/Link a New Student

  • You can easily send new student requests via the web or through the BusQuest app.

    On the Web:

    Select “Click here to check for or register student with transportation department.”
    Choose the appropriate school year or session, fill in the correct details for the student, and click Submit.
    You will receive an email notification once the system administrator updates your link request.

    If the system finds a match for the student based on their last name, first name, and date of birth, you’ll receive a red notice allowing you to link the student with the matching record.
    You will be required to enter a verification code to link the student. You can click the buttons to send the verification code via email or text to the student’s primary contact.

    If the verification code is accepted, the student will be linked to your account automatically.
    If you are unable to receive the verification code, you can still submit the request directly. Admins will then review and process your request manually from the backend.

    On BusQuest:

    In the Students tab, click the person-plus icon at the top right corner.
    Fill in the correct student information. If the system finds a match based on the student’s last name, first name, and date of birth, it will allow you to link the student to the record in the system.

    If no match is found, simply fill out the remaining required details and click Save.
