For parents or guardians to view or request transportation changes or update student information, they must register with Easy Routing.
Under Settings, change the General tab to Parent Portal to edit the parent registration email, which includes the registration link.
You can specify the number of days that the link will be active.
You can also check the box to include the download links for BusQuest, the parent app, in this registration email.Once you are satisfied and save the registration email, you can go to the Students tab.
Under Operations, click the Send Parent Register Links function.
You can modify the list of students by adding a filter prior to selecting the function or by deselecting individual students.Once you have the desired students, click the mail icon, and the link will be sent.
You can also send a registration link from the student record page. Open a student record, then click Send Registration Link.
You can check if the registration links were sent successfully on the Auditing page.
