This function is used to distribute one route’s stops to one or more other routes. This is a useful function in the case of something like a staff shortage, where you do not have as many buses available as you previously used. First, you will be prompted to set two or more routes visible by using the ‘eye’ icon. After you have done this, you will select the route you want to ‘dissolve’, along with which trips you’d like to ‘dissolve’. You will also be prompted to select the dates that this change should last for. After you have chosen your settings, click ‘calculate’. After some loading, your adjustment results will be visible at the bottom of the page.
A ‘result’ box will pop up giving you a summary of the changes that have been made:
You will also be able to view general route changes, tripstop changes, and bus schedule changes for students:
If you are happy with the changes that have been made, click ‘save changes’.

If you encounter a driver shortage problem, the Routes Consolidation function can help you get the coverage you need without extra drivers.
First, you need to select at least two routes by clicking on the eye icon next to the route's name—one of which is the one you need to consolidate. Here, we select these three routes. Bus 01 is the one that needs to be consolidated.
With the routes selected, click on Consolidate Routes in the Operations menu. Choose the route you want to consolidate and a trip from that route. Then choose the dates for which you want this consolidation to be in effect.
Click the Calculate button. The system will take a moment to try and make the most efficient routes possible, given the criteria, and list those changes below.
Upon completion, remember to click the Save button if you would like to apply the plan. You can expand the route and check the updated trips running on corresponding dates.
