Once you’ve paired the scanner, be sure to enable the on-screen keyboard on your tablet so you can continue using it while the scanner is connected.

To turn on the on-screen keyboard:

1. Power on your tablet and open the Settings app.

2. Scroll down and tap Apps.

3. Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner, then select Special Access.

4. Tap Change System Settings.

You should now see a list of apps with system setting permissions.
5. Enable permissions for Samsung Knox Manage (if applicable).

6. Press the Back Arrow to return to the previous Settings page.

7. Scroll down and tap General Management.

8. Tap Language and Input.

9. Tap Physical Keyboard.

10. Enable the On-Screen Keyboard toggle.

To exit the settings, tap the Back Arrow ("<") at the bottom of the screen.

This will ensure you can use both the physical scanner and the tablet’s on-screen keyboard simultaneously.
