Parent Registration by Email

  • Parents can register into the Easy Routing system via the web or through the BusQuest app. This video introduces how to register a parent account using an email address.

    Registering on the Web:

    You can click on the link embedded in the parent registration email, then click Create an Account.
    You will be asked to verify your email address to ensure secure access.
    After filling out the remaining details, click Submit.
    You will receive a confirmation email.

    You will not be allowed to log in until you click the activation link in the confirmation email.
    Here is an example of the confirmation email parents will receive.

    If you do not receive the activation email, please check your spam folder or reach out to your school district for assistance.

    Registering through the BusQuest App:

    The process is similar to the web.
    Once you open the BusQuest app, click on Create Parent Account.
    Search for your school district and click Next.

    Similar to the web, you can choose to register with your phone number or email.
    As stated before, please ensure that all your details are entered correctly.

    Under the Profile section, fill out the required information and click Register.
    You will then receive a confirmation email.
