The first tab in SafeDriver 360 is the Route Builder tab. In this tab, you can build routes based on your actual GPS path. If you've already started building a route, you can view and edit it here (e.g., Route One). You can also view previously submitted routes, such as Route Two.
Creating a New Route
To build a new route:
-
Tap the plus (+) sign in the bottom-right corner.
-
Enter the route name.
-
Create as many trips as needed.
Once the trips are created, the system will take you to the map page where you can begin adding stops.
Adding General Stops
There are three ways to add general stops:
-
Add Stop Button (Orange)
Tap the Add Stop button to place a stop at your current GPS location.-
The system will autofill the stop name and time, which you can modify as needed.
-
-
Press and Hold on the Map
Press and hold a location on the map to manually place a stop at that point. -
Scan Student QR Code
Tap the Scan Student button (blue) to scan a student’s QR code.-
This will place a stop at your current location and assign the student to that stop.
-
For example, scanning Claudio Autry’s code adds him to Stop 250 – North Forest Road.
-
Adding School Stops
To add a school stop:
-
Tap the At School button (purple).
-
The system will display a list of nearby schools based on your current location.
-
Select a school, and the system will use your current location as the stop point—ensuring it reflects where the bus actually stops rather than the school building itself.
