Create Driver Accounts

  • If drivers are going to use the SafeDriver 360 app, you must first create Route Builder accounts for them. Once their accounts are created, they will be able to log into both the EZRouting system and the SafeDriver 360 app.

    To set this up:

    1. Go to the Staff tab in EZRouting.

    2. Open the Operations menu.

    3. Click Staff User Management.

    On this page, you can easily manage drivers’ phone numbers and email addresses.

    To create an EZRouting account for a driver:

    • Click the Create button.

    • The driver will receive a registration email containing an auto-generated password to log into SafeDriver 360.

    In EZRouting, a green checkmark next to the driver’s name indicates that the account has been successfully registered.

    You can also confirm the account setup by:

    1. Clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner.

    2. Selecting Users from the dropdown menu.

    Make sure the driver's account is:

    • Linked to the correct driver name, and

    • Assigned the Route Builder role.
